Plan Your Arrival
A great part of your experience as a first-year student at Columbia University is learning to be open to new situations and experiences. Your first room, roommate, and residence hall in college will definitely be experiences that you will never forget.
You will receive an email from Columbia Housing on Monday, June 30 with your housing assignment, roommate information (if applicable), mailbox assignment, and confirmation of your Dining Plan. If you don’t receive this email, or haven’t signed your Occupancy Agreement online, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Detailed information about Columbia Housing and the residence halls is available at housing.columbia.edu.
In the meantime, here are some useful tools to help you make the necessary arrangements for your arrival on campus to ensure that your move-in experience is as stress-free as possible:

Complete your Housing Assignment online in the Housing Application.
30 Days Before Registration
Submit proof of MMR immunity 30 days before class registration.
Certify your meningitis vaccination decision online before class registration.
June 12 (New Summer Trimester Session students only) or September 30 (New Fall Term students only)
Choose one of three insurance options online.
July 15, 2015 - 5:00pm
Submit a photo online for your University ID card. You will be able to pick up your card when you arrive on campus.
